At Abdullah Kneaders, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, to ensure customer satisfaction, we provide a replacement policy under the following conditions:

We strictly do not accept returns or refunds.
Change of mind is not acceptable under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before purchase.
- Eligibility for Replacement
If your parcel arrives damaged or defective, you must inform us within 2 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Replacement Process
Once we verify the claim, we will arrange a replacement product at no additional cost.
If more than 2 days have passed since delivery, we will not be able to provide a replacement.
